By accessing and using Grappling AI's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
Grappling AI provides AI-powered training analysis for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling practitioners. Our service includes voice-based training logs, technique and position tracking, performance statistics, and access to educational content relevant to your training.
Use License
Permission is granted to use Grappling AI for personal, non-commercial training analysis. This license does not include the right to:
- Use our service for commercial purposes without explicit permission
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform. By recording voice logs, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your recordings for the purpose of providing our services.
Your voice recordings are sent to third-party services for transcription and are not stored by us. Only the resulting transcripts and analysis are saved.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our service to:
- Engage in any illegal activities
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to disrupt or damage our services
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate others or provide false information
Subscriptions and Payments
Grappling AI offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Free users receive a limited number of voice logs per month. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store policies.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Service Availability
We strive to provide consistent service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice to users.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party platforms for voice transcription, AI analysis, subscription management, analytics, and crash reporting. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in our AI transcription and analysis, we cannot guarantee perfect results. Users should use our insights as supplementary training tools alongside proper instruction from qualified martial arts professionals.
Limitation of Liability
Grappling AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for our services.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
