When you record a voice log, your audio is sent to a third-party service for transcription. The transcript is then processed by an AI service to extract structured training data.

Important: We do not store your audio recordings. Only the text transcript and extracted analysis are saved to our database.

We use third-party services to provide the Service, including services for voice transcription, AI analysis, subscription management, analytics, and crash reporting. These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.

6. Data Storage

Your account information, transcripts, and analysis data are stored in a PostgreSQL database. We use standard authentication practices to protect your account.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting us or using the delete account feature in the app.
